Members of The Produce Lady program are available to speak at various events. The Produce Lady (Brenda Sutton) appears at farmers markets and events across North Carolina, giving presentations and demonstrating healthy cooking using N.C. fresh produce. Check the calendar of events for her upcoming appearances. Leah Chester-Davis, the program coordinator, is available to speak with groups who are interested in developing an educational marketing communications outreach program or to those who are interested in learning how they might use The Produce Lady program materials to market and enhance their local food initiatives.

10/3/11 – Ken Ellzey, videographer, tapes Brenda Sutton interviewing Dr. Mary Ann Lila, director of the Plants for Human Health Institute. Dr. Lila conducts research on anthocyanins in fruit, including blueberries.
